Ok, first off, i dont get too hyped up on clothing. I like it, but i dont wet my pants every time i see a new print. And on top of that im not a pullover enthusiast. I havent pulled a hoodie over my head since middle school. Its all overwith now. I have to give this hoodie some shine cuz im really impressed with the detail and design (im talking about the functional design as well as the graphic). Theres a side zipper that goes from the waist to the armpit which makes pulling it on and off much easier and you dont end up half naked everytime it gets hot. The print, while not an allover, was still printed before the cut and sew. even the 10 deep logo on the back is underneath the overlock seam, something they didnt have to do, but it shows how much attention to detail they put into their shit. Theres an extra layer of material sewn onto the forearm, for extra durability i'm assuming. side panels, custom pockets, etc.
the cool thing about the print, is that its NOT an allover print. not that allovers are stupid, but this type of print isnt as easy to make as an allover. cuz they could just cut any part out and sew it together, with this, they had to make the patterns with the panels of the hoodie in mind and had to be cut exactly the right way to make everything line up, like the 10 deep logo down at the bottom of the back. all on heavyweight french terry. i know i probably care about these types of details more than most people, coming from a design background, but when i see this type of attention to detail, i get psyched. so heres the pics
