brown leather bags already sold out! $800

Anyone know how to delete posts here?

You can't delete posts, just click edit and remove all the text.

damn, they must not have made many cause I don't see many people shelling out $800. haha so many people on ILUs fb page talking about the crazy prices

Only 5 made of each.
They're expensive, but I don't think they're overpriced. Considering they're extremely limited and it looks like they're very high quality. Locally made, hand sourced fabrics, great attention to detail, etc.
They look good, but I would never buy a leather bag, so maybe that's why I go easy on those prices haha.

Oh, I ordered the black and chino but got wrong size in Chino and the black is the older material. I have mixed feelings about them. My family says I look like a Penguin in them

when did you guys get the email saying that your order has been despatched? as in how long after you actually purchased them online.

take some pics bro. I might have to get mine hemmed which sucks cause it'll get rid of the zippers or I'll have to do some extreme rolling

I purchased mine on Thursday, and haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. While last time I ordered, I received the shipping confirmation one day after the purchase.

Haha like a penguin! I'm looking forward to see how they fit and how I look in them.
They look so good at their website, but they kinda have to, or else no one will buy them.

my order came in from NZ to Canada in 5 days, holy shit that was fast. bought them at http://shop.thanksyo.com/
yet to try the zespys on but I can say that they are shorter than I was expecting which is a good thing because I was expecting them to be super long. hopefully they fit me well.

edit: first impressions having them on, they are really restrictive in your walking and movements which hopefully will loosen up after a few wears. still not sure how I feel, though they are really soft so thats nice. Another problem is taking a piss, it's a bit of a pain since theres no zipper fly and the pants are tight as it is so keep that in mind.

new ILU caps are made in china? pretty shitty that they would stop supporting their local manufacturer for cheaper costs.

Estimated delivery date of my order is august 29, so only 2 more days of waiting.
Can't wait to try the zespys on, good to hear they are shorter than expected, the length was one of my concerns as well.
They say the pants are tightest in the first few hours, and then will loosen up to a better fit.

Didn't know they switched to a chinese manufacturer for the caps, how's the quality compared to the older ones?
Even though I'm all about supporting local manufacturers, I can't blame them if the quality is just as good, all their stuff is made in china.

^just wore the zespys out and let me say, if you're planning on walking a lot, don't wear them. they're really difficult to walk in and even harder to walk up stairs in. I'm not saying impossible, but hard and inconvenient. they do look okay though.

as for quality on the camps, I have nothing to compare them to but the quality is good. closest comparison I can make in terms of fit is to the decades vintage hats and I think the ILU ones are better.

apologies for blurry pics. once again, these are a pain to walk in so still don't know how I feel about them, if you're not planning on walking much or doing anything with your legs then they'd be okay.

I feel the same, for just hanging around they're fine but movement wise I can go up steps etc but it's a pain and you cant even bend your legs in them.

yeah you'll look pretty silly walking up stairs. also, it looks kinda weird when you're sitting down too.

@magmar pants look nice man! you didn't size up to medium right?
According to the ILU customer service, they should be easier to move in when sizing up one size from your usual size. walking the stairs will always remain a problem though haha, but you should have more room around the legs.
I did size up one size, so I'll let you know if it's any easier to move in.
