so would you say going from 3sixteen denim to uniqlo denim is a downgrade? I'm asking cuz I needed some new black jeans since I already have a pair of raws

no experience with 3sixteen denim, to be honest uniqlos denim is pretty bad, the MIJ stuff is good for the price doe

There is no UU yet, but i emailed the costumer service and they said they would probably have it available in the future. Also if you wanted UU so bad you could've ordered it over the phone, but the customer service person told me that you cant order anything thats not on the website over the phone now

where do you find those brands, and where can i get more info about fits?

i like straight legs, straight fits, but not nut huggers. im weary about buying expensive denim for this reason.

just look up their stockists on google, they have different cuts, most are pretty roomy i think the thinnest cut would be like a samurai slim fit, but i wouldn't call it a nuthugger by any means

For the price, Uniqlo really isn't bad. I wore a pair of their UJ Kaihara selvedge denim and they were awesome, especially for it's price ~$50 retail.
Their MIJs are supposed to be really good.

As good as a pair of $200? I doubt it, but definitely competes with denim in the $100-$150 range.

I went ahead and bought the max 3 pairs since the shipping was the same regardless of quantity, can always use 'em for yardwork or just give them away if they're that bad.

Got the 3 pairs of $9.90 jeans in the mail today and they actually fit well, I'm impressed.

The pair that I had were S-001 (Slim Straight). I size down 1.
Uniqlo is awesome because they have a size chart for almost all of their product.

Can't wait to get my 9.90 pairs in the mail.
