No it shouldn't. I work at my college bookstore and during the first few weeks of school, we have tons of online orders and ship out at least 100 shipments in an 8 hour period along with other tasks. That's with only 2 people on the job and we have to take special care of the books by padding them up so they don't get messed up on the route. Diamond just throws their stuff in the boxes and calls it a day. Unless Diamond has only one person doing all of that, there's no excuse.

On a side note my J Valentine order just shipped. I should get it tomorrow
