I'm having a problem with an order I placed with Diamond Supply on their own website. I ordered the XL chain pouch for $60 back in August. They sent me the smaller $30 chain pouch. So I lost $30. I contacted them many times and finally got an email response back saying they would send me on the correct item and I still never received it. It's been months now and I have sent so many emails and no results. What do I do in this situation? I just want the chain pouch I actually ordered.

If not, just file a dispute with Paypal. That's all you can do. Will they even do something since it's been a while?
