I ordered a Fleece Mystery Box in a size Large, last month on the 29th…I also ordered Camo Socks & The Palms Tee..Regardless, I have yet to receive anything. On 10-5-12 I received an email saying my order is awaiting shipment, but it never shipped, that was the only email I got regarding the order. I have spent thousands of dollars on Diamond’s site and never had a mishap like this, I know shit gets crazy when you release these boxes and understand how my order could have been overlooked and probably not the only order that this happened to. I am a loyal Diamond Lifer and just want this resolved, I have emailed the online sales department several times and got no response, I have called (323) 944-0117 and gotten no response either, I’m certainly not going to waste my time stalking Nick on twitter trying to get a response out of him. I feel like sending you this is even a long shot, but I want my clothes. Please help me in any way possible, if you can get the ball rolling I’d greatly appreciate it because I seem to be running running out of options.
