^ after reading all this even if the online store starts shipping internationally, i think i'll still be going through MLTD
Everyone who orders from our online store get's their stuff within the delivery window (7-10 business days) if not sooner, the only people who don't are the one's who can't enter their address right, or forget they've ordered something and it bounces back to us. As for international we only ship to Canada at the moment, but our customers who are ordering from there are receiving their orders within 7-8 business days.
Not trying to be rude or nothin man, but I know that's not true.
I know someone who has been waiting for just one shirt. Ordered it around the end of January and still waiting. Also, he emailed customer service and no response. And he wasn't given a tracking number.
And I know he's not the only one with a problem like this.
The retailer up there is the perfect example. Like he said, if priority isn't given to a massive order, then what will make us think that you guys will give priority to a small order?
Like I said before, maybe it's one of those 50/50 chance. You either get lucky or you don't.
And quite honestly, that's pretty sad for a company as big as Diamond.
Hopefully, in time, the shipping department grows to be as big as the company is and hopefully orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
