Best insoles I have ever used.

The Diamond X Footprint Custom Orthodics insoles can transform any shoe into your favorite shoes, by giving you a much-needed, tailored fit. Here’s how it works: within each insole is a special foam and a reaction occurs with that foam when you inject the insole with water. That’s why the injection is such a vital step. When you put them on immediately and walk around for ten minutes, you’re continuing the process of molding them to your feet.

Some people experience all the benefits right away, but if you want to get the most out of your insoles I recommend wearing them everyday for a week with increased time increments each day. By day 8, you’ll definitely feel like you should have paid more money for such a beneficial buy.

Instructions:

I recommend trying them out in a pair of shoes you don’t wear all the time, so that you can go back to your “everyday” shoes until the insoles are completely worn-in. Walking is repeatedly recommended because it best helps mold them to your feet and walking is literally the one activity you do the most. It helps to keep in mind that your body needs to adjust to the use of a custom footbed, so that’s why these are interval-based instructions.
Once they've molded to your feet you should be able to use these insoles in any shoe you wear.

Day 1: After wearing each shoe separately for about ten minutes, put both shoes on and go for a ten-minute walk. You can also run an errand like going to a store for a snack, a few blocks away. When you come home, take them off until the next day.

Day 2: Wear them for twenty minutes. Walking up 5 flights of stairs and then walking right back down them puts your feet through a wide range of motions. For a less strenuous method walk 5 city blocks and back. Take off your shoes when you get home until the next day.

Day 3: Wear them for thirty minutes. Going to the supermarket is a trip that usually lasts half an hour or more, and you do walk the aisles quite a bit. This is a great way to gauge how well they’re molding to your feet. Any discomfort felt on day one should be felt considerably less or not at all. Again, take them off until the next day to give your feet a break.

Day 4: Wear them for forty minutes in split intervals. In the first twenty minutes wear them while doing something athletic like skating or playing tennis. Before removing them, walk around normally for another twenty minutes. If you haven’t already in the previous three days, you should notice a positive difference in your step, along the lines of feeling more comfort, stability and support.

Day 5: Wear them for fifty minutes: After 4 days of short-interval activity you can wear them casually, seated reading your Ipad at Starbucks or simply driving. When you untie your shoes, your feet should feel refreshed.

Day 6: Wear them for sixty minutes of athletic activity. Go for a bike ride, go skating or shoot hoops for an hour. When you get home, walk around before you take them off. Your fee should feel better than the day before.

Day 7: Wear them for a few hours. A workout or skate session will let you know from here on out, whether you can start wearing them all the time or not. A night out is a perfect indicator as well. At this point if you’re experiencing discomfort, continue to wear them an hour a day for the next few days; the discomfort eventually goes away.

Yea, they are our insoles and I didn't follow either. All you have to do is inject water with the syringe provided with the insoles and put them in your shoes. You have to immediately put them on right after you inject the water so they form to your feet . Keep on for 10 to 20 minutes and they are done. This only has to be done the first time you use them, now I switch out the insoles in all of my shoes when I wear them.

If you have low tops and overlap it with these insoles, the shoe will probably be super uncomfortable or not fit so its just better to just swap em in my opinion. 35 is the price you pay for comfort though. Kinda steep but you can use them for a very long time im assuming.

No, I have man, I was just wondering. Just seems like ripping apart your nice shoes to get an insole out to put a nice one in, would suck. Thats all.
