Is there any other way to contact dsc beside email. I got charged for items nearly a month ago and only got an initial response to my email concern, and after that they haven't responded or issued me a refund to my account. Ive sent 3 more emails since then and still haven't got a response, ive even included receipt numbers and order email where i was charged. The items never showed up in my recent orders and i was sill charged for them. Idk what to do at this point besides being very persistent with the emails which so far have not worked.
