Anyone else who placed an order on Cyber Monday having trouble reaching out to the guys at Mishka?

I received the confirmation email saying that my CC had been billed but the charge never appeared on my history. Then I emailed them a few days ago to see what the deal was but I have yet to receive any sort of reply. 

I understand that it's a busy time of year, but it's not the first time something like this has happened. 

I have yet to have a good experience with MishkaNYC's online store.

So how many days are you supposed to wait before they answer your e-mails? Been waiting for a good while now, like more than 3 weeks. I can't say this makes me want to buy anything from them again if they just ignore you when they mess up the order, even though i've been a regular since like 2007.
