Note: Shrinking will only occur if the tee is 100% Cotton. Shirts that are Cotton Poly blend won’t shrink using this method.
Now that I noted that..
Step one: Flip shirt Inside Out
Step two: Get a bowl of hot water *Must be hot, cotton shrinks due to heat.
Step Three: Soak the shirt in the hot water about 2 – 3 times in 10 Minute intervals refreshing the hot water.
Step Four: Squeeze the water out of the Tee and place in the drying.
*Make sure to dry the shirt inside out so the heat from the drying isn’t directly on the print*
Why this works: Think about ironing a graphic tee, (ever do it btw
Placing the iron directly onto the print will melt it, however if you flip the shirt inside out ironing on the backside of the print the shirt smoothens and the print remains intact.
PS. Constantly check the shirt for dryness so that you do not over-dry the shirt causing access shrinkage.
*If the shirt has not shrunk to your liking, repeat the process.
Hope this helped
