As far as I know, Active is going to carry them and CCS. I called both companies and was told they are going to be released Mid October, for 59.99. That's the TK hoodie (Too Live).
Also, if you want to know more info on the hoodies, why don't you just contact a rep. from Krew, which you can find on the KREW website, which is what I did when I first saw the hoodie on TK's Myspace.

The don't make footwear, and I believe the company you are talking about is Supra, not affiliated with KR3W.
