I dont think they cancelled anyones orders.
Read what happened to me.

I e-mailed them and this is what they sent me

"Due to the overwhelming amount of orders we received opening day; all
orders are set back a couple of days. Please be patient your order will
be shipping shortly.
Thanks,
Supreme"

They sent me that e-mail today when my order had already been shipped and delivered.
So, im pretty sure they're just sending out one MASS e-mail to anyone that e-mails them about their order.

Has anyone ordered off of the Supreme site from Canada? Did you get hit with obscene duties/border charges since they ship via UPS?

I ordered off of the TH site once, and gotta f*ing killed on duties. Has anyone been down this road before?

With all the money they make from the japan stores and the two in the states, they can keep the shit made in house.. SO they prob switched to make more money for themselves since they prob don't care for the hypebeast's that buy their shit so they just trying to get every dollar out of you for some wack ass tees . Fucked up order
So I just got my order in today from thursday's drop and everything was cool except for my elephant tee came in as a medium instead of a large. So the tee's sold out and supreme doesn't do exchanges, but they fucked up. I checked my receipt and it says large, so should I just sell the shirt or do I have any other options?

Some thing like that happened to some one 2 pages ago. You should contact them, they should do something to fix their wrongs, thats just how it should work.

I ordered thursday, PAID
Sunday money went back on my card.
Tuesday they shipped my order.
Today i received the order.
They still havent taken the money back.


Same thing happened. They still haven't shipped my order out yet, though. I emailed them and they said the "order's fine," but that overwhelming demand has 'em all backed up. I won't complain if they don't re-charge my card, though...
