I wouldn't say that. I actually like the direction HUF was going for. Right when they started, the quality was on point. Sure it was a bit pricey, but you can't beat 'Made in USA.' But now the quality hasn't been up to par. And then their stuff started to pop up everywhere. I still support hufset, but it just aint the same mayne!

Huf isn't that hyped up as other brands. It's really a lot more skate oriented then Supreme, even with it's roots in the culture.

And I mean, obviously children are attracted to the Hundreds and shit. Honestly, I think they should open a store in NYC, I know I know, West Coast brand etc... but I think it'd get a lot more clientele and there's a big skate scene there obviously.

Yo what's good Hypebeast. It is Sweets from the old school Huf crew. Some might know me some might not but I held down Sutter street in SF for many years and now I am holding down sales for the footwear and apparel brand out of LA. It was hard to see our SF stores close specially me because I put a lot of my time into them. Change is good and with that we are going to keep focusing on giving our loyal Huf consumers quality collections that we have always been know for. As for all my San Francisco family True S.F. will be carrying our apparel and footwear. They will be carrying our new spring'11 collection. Also if your near downtown and need some kicks to skate you can head over to Deluxe SF skate shop where they stock our footwear. Thank you San Francisco and all the retailers in the bay area that stock and support the HUF brand. I am excited for the drops during the rest of the year so keep your eyes peeled.

Word on the streets
Just want to clarify with everyone that the HUF brand is not going anywhere. People have been confused with us closing our SF location and think the brand is done. We did this because we are growing more as a brand and this we feel is where we will be focusing all of our attention to. Our HUF L.A. shop will remain open on fairfax. As far as S.F. locations and surrounding bay area accounts I listed below shops that carry the Huf brand. Thank you for your continued support and we will be around for many years to come.
