How thick are HUF hoody's? Anything they're comparable to?

I ordered a DS one a few weeks ago and found it pretty thin. Just curious how thick/warm HUF ones are. Also, how do they fit? I've seen some pics and they seem to run fairly big. If I usually wear L in tees and a L in my DS hoody, should a L HUF work?
