If you can afford it, I would really suggest going with the highest price box that you can. It's worth it. My first box was $75 and it was seriously ridiculous to see what all came in it.

Usually less than a week. I have ordered two so far and they got to me in about 3 or 4 days after I sent in my size form. With my last box, I ordered it on a saturday, got my size form on sunday night, emailed that back on monday morning, and my box was here on thursday, just in time for xmas. Its pretty quick. I got tracking number for my first, didn't for my second. I was expecting that I would get it after xmas so I was surprised how quickly it shipped.
