Hey guys, was just going to reply to the other thread and saw that it was locked. Got your PM's from people requiring assistance from our online store. As I can appreciate the frustration from not hearing from us, some of the issues involve things that are out of our control.

If we ship you a package, UPS shows it as delivered but you didn't receive it, then its an issue with UPS, not us. We place a tracer with UPS right away, but this doesn't happen overnight, it can take, days, weeks or even MONTHS to receive a response from UPS.

With that said, if you do not feel like your are getting an answer fast enough from our web staff, then please by all means, send myself or My Pal The Crook a DM, and will look into it immediately and see if there is a way we can instantly resolve your issue.

We appreciate every single one of our fans and customers, and we are anticipating for 2011 to be a huge year for Mishka!

Oh man I was sorely disappointed thinking the sale ended on friday & I wouldnt have money by then. I was super stoked when I checked the site just because on saturday & the sale was still on. Copped with the quickness. Now I anxiously await the arrival of the best bday/christmas gift ever(I love me)

I ordered a small. I got:

1 fitted New Era
1 snap back
1 hat with an elastic band on it
1 t shirt
1 button down L/S
2 hoodies
2 scarves
1 messenger bag
1 set of key toppers

Definitely not impressed sad. Thought I'd get a pair of pants or a jacket, but whatever. My brother also got a medium box and they gave him a large crew neck confused.

I'm still happy with Mishka for doing all this, but I just wanted a jacket!

So there was a mistake with my box & the stuff was the wrong size. Here is what the replacement box brought:
Hats & belt


3 Coats/jackets:


Oh man that grey peacoat <3

4 tees & 2 button ups & a flannel in the back(Grey Button shirt says its a sample)


Really, really nice feeling woven sweater(Me & my girl both loved it instanly)


3 Sweaters & 2 dvds/most everything in one shot


Exceptional, I was disappointed when the first box was the wrong size because it was all so nice but this went above & beyond

IDK why some people seem to have so much trouble with the customer service, they responded super fast & really went all out to make up for the mistake.
