So how does your warehouse distribution work? How do you decide how many shirt of a specific style and color are released and then how do you decide where those get sold? Say for instance the tees available at Pacsun or Karmaloop. Do you have a set agreement with them, as far as number of shirts and styles sold through them? Or is it basically the styles that you have more widely avilable? Also, how does that work with some of the skateshop/mailorders. Right now you can cop a bunch of discounted stuff at zumiez and utility, but they arent off styles or anything, they are popular designs, theres even a decent selection of sizes.(smalls & xls should jump on these sales) How are these shops able to discount these shirts, do they know your about to drop a box sale? And then how does this correlate to what you sell at your store locations. These are just a few questions Ive had lingering for abit to ask you.Also I was wondering if you have and/or will ever release a style guide for past seasons? I think itd be cool to see some sort of catalog released to show the growth of diamond over the years with all the styles/collabs/limited releases and amounts produced displayed in some sort of a lookbook.
