I did not have a very good experience dealing with Tanner Goods.

I had ordered a wallet, and it was not made to the specs of what was shown on the site. So I requested one to be made as per site and sent the wallet back. After waiting several weeks, a different wallet came back, but still was not made like the pictures. They also lacked communication because if they just would have told me that they cannot make the wallet similar to their depicted picture, I would have just kept the first one and not had to deal with the waiting. Also, I liked the first wallet better. In the end, I just gave up and kept the second wallet. The whole ordeal took three months. I'm looking to buy a quality belt right now but personally would not order from them again.

I'll probably get hate for this because of whatever but I believe there should be feedback from all sides.

My 2 cents... peace

U know these are hand made and crafted leather goods? These arent machined processed and produced... So they may have a alight difference(almost unnoticed) then the next one but nothing i see that would make me want to start complaining about it.. i would like to see a pic of your wallet and tell us what isnt the specs on the site.. Im not saying u are wrong just like to see what u are talking about..

I honestly have never bought from them directly. So I never had the experience of any of the waiting time.

But no one is perfect, I agree with you though brian.. if the product I bought wasn't the same as I saw on the site then I would be frustrated too. I'm sorry that it did not come back the same as the one you saw on the site & I don't know why they would advertise it that way & not give it the same way. Like Scotty said, everything is handmade & there might be a slight difference to the one shown on the website but it shouldn't be noticeable. It sounds like the wallet you received was totally different to the one that was shown.

But I am not forcing you to show pics or anything but pics of the wallet you received would be nice. So we can see the difference between the one you have & the one advertised.

All products on the current TG site will come exactly as they appear.

We've updated all the pictures and all of the copy on the site to make your ordering process much more clear. Explore the site a bit if you haven't. It might do you some good to learn more about the process and the materials behind the Tanner Goods products. I think people would have a better experience if they did more research before they ordered, just from what i've seen.

remember I am always down to answer questions via email as well. Its always good to be completely clear about your purchase before you make it.

mike@tannergoods.com

take care homies.

PS We'll be in SF this weekend for the Self Edge party. If you aren't going, you should. We'll be giving away a few products in the raffle as well.

Hope to see some of you guys while im down there.

not likely.

We're giving away some other stuff. This is for a very important account down in the bay... you can sort of make out the name if you look at the back of the belt.
