I think tanner goods should make a better bi-fold wallet in my opinion.. Hopefully thats in store for 2010! Cant complain on other goods though cause belts are perfect! Also hoping maybe some bags for 2010?

To be honest, it look likes i was thrown together... Cheap looking.. Looks like they took leather cut rectangles out of it cut off some other pieces, sewn with thread, bend and call it a bi-fold! Which im guessing they did.. Now dont get me wrong, i like hand crafted goods, and tanner goods has great quality and products, its just what i think of the bi-fold.. Reason im hoping they come with a new style of one! Cause of they do, im on it.. Also would like it in london, to match the belt and lanyard!!

Really though, changing up designs is a much longer process then you probably realize. This will be the 5th or 6th variation of the bifold we have done. We always look for ways to improve!

I must say however that the thinner leather we use for the wallets IS THE EXACT SAME AS THE BELT LEATHER. Its just a different weight. They (the leather hides) all come the same way, some of them are just shaved down. The Bifolds are also double sided like the cardholders. Leather on the outside, leather on the inside.

^ yeah, im not saying anything about the quality and craftsmanship behind the goods.. Im just stating on only one fact in my opinion is the look of the wallet! Reason i stated im hoping for a new look on the bi-fold and hopefully in London! haha Just to me and maybe others it looks like it was just thrown together u can say...

i just got my bi-fold around xmas and i feel like its perfect. coming from a guy thats had $300 polo wallets or $30 nixon wallets. this is by far my favorite. i was scared when i ordered it because i thought the wallet would be super thick and i wear really tight jeans so this wallet works great.

please dont make a thick wallet because then its uncomfortable. keep the thick leather to the belts and bags.

i feel you homie. ive never owned 1 piece of LV so i wouldnt know the quality. i like what tanner does and their products have always stood the test of time.

the beer coasters are a nice touch and people have been asking me what tanner is when i have kickbacks at my apt. i just lift up my shirt and show off my beer gut and tanner belt - match made in heaven.

I got a brown cardholder & it hasn't seem to do much of anything lol, had it since start of November.
So yeah, it basically still looks the same as when I bought it.

^ dude leather takes awhile before u start seeing wear and coloring of leather.. Especially wallets, belts u see i bit faster but wallets will take awhile!

So for the colour of the belts; after the "evolution" of the colour, if I want a final result as a London Tan shade, I should buy a Natural colour belt, right?

According to the pics above, the London Tan evolves into a type of mahogany/brown...

Natural -> London Tan
London Tan -> Brown
