I first e-mailed them on the 17th or 18th of March. They got back to me on the 19th. The e-mail to remind them to call me was sent on the 24th. So, all in all, it took about two weeks. I'm assuming it'd be easier to make an order during the earlier days of the week, since it doesn't seem like they make phone calls over the weekend. Pretty smooth overall.

Verified, they do. I sent them an e-mail with the items I wanted, they e-mailed me back saying a customer rep would call me within 72 hours. Didn't happen. I e-mailed them back to remind them to call me for payment info and they got back to me the next day, saying they'd call me that same day. They called, told me all the stuff I wanted was available and they got my payment information. Asked what kind of shipping I wanted (Fedex Ground or Overnight) and then the charge was made. They send an order confirmation with the tracking # after the call.
Going to receive that stuff today.
