I'd size down 1 on the v-neck t shirts.
I've been wearing them for the past 2 years or so and personally, not a big fan of them anymore. They changed the cotton they use and after a couple of washes the bottom of the shirt kind of starts to curl up.

i have a small jcrew "light weight shirt"/long sleeve buttonup, and it fits me perfect. i also have a few medium buttonups, but they fit a little big on me.
will a uniqlo small fit me alright? i'm 6'0, 145.
