still waiting on my liverpool jacket ordered on black friday. i emailed them on Dec 1, they replied "if you ordered during the black friday sale you should receive a confirmation email by weeks end. our staff is working very hard to get all orders out by the end of the week."

never got a confirmation email, sent another email on Dec 10, got a reply: "We apologize for the delay. I have your information and will be able to give you a status update this upcoming Monday on the where abouts of your package." Monday has come and gone, no update yet.

Which address did you email? I've emailed them more than five times and never got a response.

They replied to 1 of the twenty emails i sent em. They said I should expect the refund this week. That was about two weeks ago..

i've been emailing concierge AT orisue.com (can't post email addresses yet), I think it's ridiculous that I've had to wait this long for my order, and they keep replying to me that they'll send me a confirmation email, and then they dont. I'm probably going to ask them for a refund.

I've been emailing them about my order but never getting a reply, so I asked them a sizing question just to see if they'd reply, and sure enough, they replied within an hour SMH....

how's the quality and sizing? i want this navy blue lambswool sweater in large they have on the website. is it good qualtiy wool?

wow, this thread got revived?

i got my refund about six days after they told me they processed it.

they stiffed me on a partial refund for shipping though, cause they only shipped me two items (but charged me for three), but i guess that probably was only $2-3, so oh well.

Has anyone ordered from their webstore and used one of the CHRISTMA-HANU-KWANZAA-KAH codes? Have yall had any of the same problems as the people that bought from black friday?

WOW, so after emailing and waiting for my damn order, I just checked my bank account and it turns out that Orisue refunded my order last Monday, December 13. Which is great and all, but I never got any email indicating this. After all, concierge emailed me on Friday, December 10 stating that I would get a status update the following Monday, and instead of sending me a message, they decide to refund my order out of nowhere.

I even complained on their Facebook page, and i noticed some people were also complaining about their orders, and Orisue would always reply to them with the same old excuses...

I don't think i'll ever be ordering straight from Orisue again. Piece of crap customer service...razz

yeah, i've been down with orisue since '06— i think this sale has been my worst experience with them. but they've been really chill over the years, especially when they used to post here a lot. but seems like they've moved onto facebook/twitter instead now.

i really don't wanna complain, 'cause they've given a lot of freebies out to people here on HB (including me). i don't think all of this would affect me from ordering from them again though 'cause if another half off sale comes up, i'm on it haha.

btw, my just gave my AOI denim a first wash today (it's been two years), still looks good. hahaha!
