Was there early last year and didn't find any sneaker stores that I thought were good unless your into lacoste adidas etc. Just walk down "ilica" which is off "ban jelacic square" and look around.
Really, there is a lot better things to do then go shopping in Zagreb. Check it out before it becomes too touristy.
