Initial D, hahaa. But Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop are on my list as well for sure. Really liked the Monster. It was nice, not too long and had a pretty nice storyline.

Damn. I was (and still am) hoping to see another stage. Well maybe they will resurrect the anime once more at some point, heh. Just have to wait and see.
