Just read an interview with the writer/creator...He said that half-sac wasn't happy being on the show so he had to find a way to kill him off.

you have a link to that article? A lot of people don't think he's actually dead, since they never really confirmed it other than showing him laying on the floor of the home, but an article saying he wanted to be killed off would settle it.

Overall it was a good finale, but there was a couple things I was disappointed with. For one thing, why would Gemma shoot Zobelle's daughter and then walk in and sit down? Why wouldn't she just shoot her and take off with the prospect who was outside waiting for her?

I'm also disappointed that the Zobelle thing is going to carry over into next season. They should've flipped it around, and killed Zobelle but made it so that they couldn't get to Henry Rollins character for whatever reason, at least he's a badass.

I liked the prospect, I was really surprised that he got stabbed and possibly killed. I don't see how he could be unhappy on the show.

edit: From Johnny Lewis' wikipedia - Lewis is best known for his role as prospect biker Kip "Half-Sack" Epps in the first two seasons of the FX original series Sons of Anarchy, before he was killed off in the Season 2 finale due to creative reasons.

I thought she knew, cause Tara said "she may need to get away quick" or something like that. I mean how else was she expecting to get out of there, call a taxi? That part just seemed odd to me.

She couldn't have gone back to Charming -- she knew she was being framed and Half-Sack was out front, which is where Stahl told her not to go.

Jesus Christ, the moment before Half-Sack got stabbed, when it looked like IrishGuy was gonna kill Abel, I swear my heart stopped beating. This is the only show that can do that, because this is the only show that I believe would kill a baby in such a callous fashion (as if there's a clean way to kill a baby).

I think this is the end of Zobelle. He knows better than to return, and he's sad about his daughter, so that's something.

One thing that bugged me -- Tara didn't point out that Gemma had no reason to want that guy dead. She should have at least tried to talk reason into him. The way no one corrected him, it's like maybe he'd have doubt about KILLING A BABY if someone would sow those seeds.

That ending was crazy
