Didn't see a topic on this so i figured Id start one. I think its a really tight show. I don't know the guys name but the main character is a crazy good actor and the plot is great. Anyone else watch it?

Favourite show on TV right now. Everything is just top notch.

Jon Hamm who plays Don Draper is just phenomenal. Definitely Emmy worthy.

I asked my parents about it and they said the 60s really were like that - Smoking was not yet linked with cancer like it is today and people drinking on the job is the norm. Still though it's quite amusing to see that level of willful ignorance played out on television.

That's what makes it so authentic.


Remember the 60s were still rampant with racism. There're several references in the episodes to that too.

Bump once again.

Really liking the build-up in this show, especially the women Don's having affairs/stands with.

And the music in each episode, especially the latest episode The Jet Set, is dope.

I've only watched an episode here and there but it seems pretty good. Jon Hamm is a really good actor and was amazing on SNL this past weekend too, might have to start paying more attention to the show.

yea a great show, i watched the 2nd season on demand on the cable box in a few days right before season 3 started, still have not seen any of first season. I hate don draper more each episode, just because betty is the most beautiful woman on tv right now&)

am i the only one up to date on this show?
this weeks episode was good. it's tough to compare to last weeks, but it held its own.
There was A LOT of good plot development which should make the finale quite epic.
