Walt needs to get a hit man to finish off ted. he's a loose end that could get him caught up. plus ted had his chance when skyler gave him the check to pay off his debts but he spent it to buy a car. also he slept with his wife. fuck ted he's a deadman.

I don't know, Ted is obviously terrified. If he wasn't, he would've said what actually happened. Even in his current condition, he told Skyler he wouldn't say a word.

It is never explicitly stated that ghost is gay just implied. He does have kids I'm pretty sure bc kids toys are shown in his house when either walt or jesse visits it in season four. Not sure though.
