i know it's early in the season but i hope deb eventually finds out the extent of what dexter is. how involved he's been with the bad guys throughout the years, how rita died, the people he's killed outside of his code, and of course the doakes thing is gonna have to come up

I laughed when they showed that dude in a mask with horns making the chick run through some ghetto ass maze. The writers should dial it back a little, they don't need to associate every killer with all this weirdo shit.

That was the best season in my opinion. Last season wasn't that good, this season looks like it has potential, but we'll see where they go with it.

no wayyyyy the rita season comparably suffers from us knowing the pattern by that point and maybe being annoyed dexter got himself into a position where trinity was such a threat. also it could be looked at as an easy out cos rita and the kids were just obstacles and now we don't have to worry about them.

i'd put season 1 or 2 as the best, but i think this season could get there. 3 and 5 were w/e and 6 was kinda unwatchable lol

I thought John Lithgow did a great job that season as the trinity killer, he has been my favorite character so far, so that season will probably remain my favorite unless this final stretch blows me away.

im hoping for the best this season. the show seems to took the more comical route which was expected knowing Debs aint trying to arrest dexter and thinks she "cure" him. But hopefully it gets darker as time passes. I think last season was up there with the trinity killer season.

i knew that area didnt look like miami. figured it wasnt all filmed in miami.

i don't think dexter could justify killing laguerta since she isn't a killer. if there's one more season left i reckon her knowing is the impetus to go on the run. i'm almost certain they have to be on the run for next season. wondering how sarah from chuck figures into all this tho, s/o ayyeeallen

yeah apparently only the establishing shit is filmed in miami, along with the pilot. impressive how they make the exterior scenes like driving look like miami.

A lot of Dexter is filmed in Long Beach,CA especially the water areas. My friend lived a block away from the house Rita lived in before she and Dexter got married.
