While in NY I watched about half of Gummo. I was a little high but the dude seriously having a fight with a chair is hilarious either way, right?

Nothing else made any sense and I was confused as fuck.

they lived in a world where memories can be erased.. they both got rid of each other by 'deleting' anything that reminded them of the person.. i believe because of heartbreak or something painful.. but they both somehow still 'found' each other.. jim carreys character was trying to preserve the memories while unconscious and for a bit was able to do so..

thats what i remember at least.. hah

Are you ready for this..........Groundhog Day. WHAT THE FUCK?! I think it was just Bill Murray's cinematic brilliance. So what was it, he tried to play the girl by tryign to get her to fall in love with him everyday because every night when he went to sleep he just woke up on the same day which was groundhog day? was it because his flight back to pittsburgh was ancelled due to the snow, which made him stay in punxitawny or whatever for another day, he hated the place? and was it a clue or something that he woke up to sonny and cher's i got you babe on the radio everyday? Im pretty confused. can somebody explain. oh, and also i cant find any clausable reason that he didnt fuck her, or did he, I DONT KNOW.

I'm not sure but I think it was a commentary on America post-Hippy times. Or it was just Hunter S. Thompson stoned out of his box and wandering around las Vegas...

The most confusing movie I ever saw was Fight Club, although after seeing it a few times (and reading the book) it made sense. Him shooting himself was basically hitting bottom, allowing the narrator to finally make a positive motion in his life and thus eliminating the need for Tyler...right?
