Saw the screening of Rango yesterday. pretty great, the animation/texturing was amazing, as well as the action sequences. the dialogue was funny as shit too def targeted for more mature audience. only thing i didnt like was the female chameleons character design and I wouldve made the story simpler.

Spoiler/ish not rlly.
Raoul Duke & Gonzo (Fear & Loathing) & Clint Eastwood animated cameos..what?? A++

Clerks and Mallrats. I'm slowly gonna work my way through Kevin Smith's filmography I think.

This was one of those movies that was interesting but not necessarily great.

If you don't judge the movie and take it at face value you'll enjoy it.

Chasing Amy's my favourite so far so I'll have to disagree. Gonna watch Dogma later.

Edit: Just watched Dogma. For the first 20/30 minutes or so I thought it was gonna be really good but it sort of tailed off towards the end. Still not bad though.

Watched Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back tonight. I thought it was good but there were way to many "in" jokes for someone who hasn't seen most of Kevin Smith's previous films to enjoy it.
