All I've been watching lately are kung fu movies. My favorite ones are from Shaw Brothers Studios in the 60's, 70's, and 80's. The last movie I saw was called The Assassin (1967). You can find most of these movies on youtube.

just watched this too but i thought it was pretty terrible. there were a few funny moments but it felt so forced. jonah hill recycled similar lines from 21 jump street (they even used some of the same songs). honestly though i may just be hating on it cause of that british dude. he was so terrible and tried so hard i couldnt focus on anything else in the movie except that i wanted him to shut the fuck up or die.

i saw Life of Pi last week. if youre religious, you'll love it. if not, but you're open minded/optimistic (like me) i think you'll dig it. if you're one of those pessimistic people who hate organized religion or even the idea of faith, don't bother.
