I'm about to throw in either Pale Rider or the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Or maybe an Indiana Jones movie.

Amelia was the 3rd powerful vampire. There was Marcus, Viktor, and Amelia. They were the 3 powerful vampires. Amelia was killed in the 1st movie when the werewolves attacked her train. Viktor died in the 1st one too. There was only Marcus left for Underworld: Evolution. He was revived because the blood of the werewolf in the 1st movie reached his hibernation case, and that's when we found out he was actually a Hybrid - (half werewolf/ half vampire).
