My sister showed me this movie when I was like 7. Had nightmares. Watched it again on Netflix a couple of weeks ago.
Enjoyable movie but people make it seem like it's the greatest shit ever...

Great movie. I found the book rather trying to read, but that's the case with most translated literature. Sold the full manga run not too long ago.

Stay away from BRII, it was awful.

watch it, you won't regret it. its a creepy/fucked up movie and more graphic than Hunger Games. you get a few laughs as well.

It's so good!! The book is way better. I haven't read the Hunger Games, so I can't judge, but Hunger Games is more centered on one character whereas Battle Royale shows all the perspectives of each character while maintaining focus on the two main ones. I like BR more for that reason.
