FACT: No heterosexual man writes more show tunes than joke-factory Seth MacFarlane However his newest movie, which came out last month, isn't exactly an innocent Disney flick you'd take your kid too, it still contains the "Thunder Song", which in our opinion is simple but genius. Add a lot of theatrical movie scores and a fuzzy little teddybear and you've got yourself his newest hit: Ted.
Starring comedy-girl-to-go-to Mila Kunis and Mark Wahlberg as a happy couple, the movie starts out with everything being fine. Everyone's happy, a little stoned and explicit, but happy and as the movie stars out it immediately sports the witty, satirical comedy you'd expect from the creator of Family Guy. Although fuzzy, Ted is not someone to be messed with.
But things always change. As a life full of happiness is just the calm before the storm, Kunis gets more and more agitated by Ted's reluctant lifestyle of prostitutes and weed. We won't go in on what happens in the story, because we hate spoilers and there's some really random things going on in the movie. All we can tell you is that teddybears can die, but that this movie does have a happy ending.
If you liked Family Guy and enjoy Disney movies, but with fart jokes, Garfield/breast links and Flash Gordon, definitely go and see this movie. It might not be the greatest movie of all time, but without a doubt one of the funnier you've seen in years and will entertain you through the whole thing. For more
