Visually speaking it was AMAZING

Minor plot holes hold it back from a masterpiece.

Closest Fincher/Kubrick 007 we will see

... until we get a Nolan 007?

Doubt Nolan would do a 007, but if he does it will be DARK (no pun intended) Maybe bond kills an innocent person or something. Either way that would be doapppp.

i dunno. some ppl think that chris nolan is this artsy highbrow director because his films can be rather intricate. the dude made batman. he's a nerd at heart.

watched this last monday
fell asleep through the majority of it l0l so tired

but the opening chase scene i hated. shit looked too fake for some reason even though i watched how they made it and everything with behind the scenes.

i wanted more gadgets and shit from Q and more cars

i'm gonna have to rewatch it tho since i missed so much

Thats the only thing they were missing.. but the movie was still freaking awesome. Going old school on us.

casino royale was like ashamed to be a bond film. it took way too many cues from bourne and made bond into like a thug as opposed to how smooth he is in this. this was like the best of both worlds w how much it felt like bond and how much it was still a fresher take on it.

also i dare you to explain the plot of casino royale without wiki'ing it
