watched it randomly on netflix and it was decent. the first half was a lot better than the rest of the movie. i thought it had more in common with scott pilgrim than sin city.

the lighting and sets were dope.

I haven't seen bunraku yet. I will say though having read all the sin city graphic novels before the movie came out I've got a huge appreciation for the casting and adaptation of that film. Shit was straight up verbatim almost the whole way through.
