it should air at 11 for you .. west coast right ? idk , but the episode should go online in 2 hours because this one site puts it up once the west coast premieres it so maybe 2 more hours for you sabadz ? just google legend of korra episode 9 and keep your eyes and ears open . it's what i did last week when i woke up late .

im now convinced that Korra will enter the avatar state when amon attempts to take away her bending as foreshadowed in the preview.

as for the "Who is amon" question that everyone wants to know: Yeah, im stuck on that one. Dude shook off the blood bending like it wasnt shit. i think he has to be related to avatar aang in someway. who ever said he was aangs son who couldnt bend might be on to something with that.

Anyone else read on wiki where it talks about how taking away someones bending is a form of energy bending? So doesnt that make amon a bender? They have some questions that need to be answered lol

Always knew him and Tarrlok had no relations. Oh and the ending got me kinda agitated, they asking questions and Mako tell them to leave her alone what the fuck? I would think it's pretty important to let them know that Amon put down tarrlok like a little bitch.

Amon is a g lol. But I don't think he could be a cyborg or have prosthetic arms or something just cause it showed him breaking through the blood bending rather than not being affected. And I guess you can expect Korra to go avatar state and fuck shit up in the finale too in the preview they showed.

In any case this series has been pretty good, shit gets real every episode.

i think he has to be related to aang. it's significant that we haven't seen all of aang's children (he had 3 sons, i think) but we've seen all these other less important shout outs like toph's daughter and cabbage corp. i think amon is tenzin's brother or something.

also lol i agree that blood bending is cheap. like even going avatar state doesn't really explain how you get out of it. like really, the glow gets you out of a form of bending? aang could be shot by azula in the avatar state and yet going into it shrugs off what is apparently the ultimate offensive form of bending, overpowering several master benders?

and it's definitely a good point that energy bending is a form of bending and that's a plot hole that needs to be addressed.

i really don't know what season 2 could be about. it's gonna be 14 episodes instead of 12, but given how long this took (og avatar ended 4 years ago and this was announced in 2010) i'd imagine it's coming next year. i'm just glad there haven't been any significant breaks.

actually wait lol korra has not learned airbending at all. that's what season 2 will be.

i don't trust shit that hasn't been on the show. the way katara talked about tenzin being the youngest, it's weird she didn't mention his siblings weren't alive any longer. also, aang was almost 13 when the last series ended and around 70 years have passed since. if you take away the 17 years korra has been alive, that makes aang 66 when he dies. how can tenzin be like in his mid 40s and be the youngest of at least three and his elder siblings are dead and we don't know about it? they're alive.

Hmm haven't seen the new episode yet. But I just had an idea. What if energy bending and chi and spirit world is all related. Who wrote these rules about the avatar? What makes this one vessel special enough to know all the element? Maybe its just one person who knows alot about the spirit world and energy bending? and what if this information could be taught?

i remember reading that of all the tribes air nomads are the only ones where everyone is born a bender. all the other nations have non-benders because they're not as spiritual as the air nomads. so maybe if a non-bender is spiritual enough he can learn bending?
