It appears that Atlas Entertainment has taken the reins on the project and is gearing up a pretty impressive pitch. Apparently, they've hired the currently hot screenwriting tag-team of Thomas Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer. The names may not sound familiar to you, but they might soon. The duo wrote the upcoming CONAN flick, and are currently scribing the DR. STRANGE and UNCHARTED: DRAKE'S FORTUNE adaptations.

Now for that whole "Christmas morning" part. The highlight of the pitch comes in the form of a handful of wicked (and carnage-heavy) concept art. Looks like they're definitely not prepping a Saturday morning cartoon for the kiddies.

Wow, you must've been born in the 90's. Power Rangers got it's entire concept from this show. I think it's the original 'man operated robots combining to form a bigger man operated robot' show.

Voltron Force will come out on Nicktoons which means this movie will get hyped up, I got it from IMDB or wikipedia, and does anyone remember the Reeboks that came with the toys that was a dope package

The images look pretty amazing. Hopefully I can say the same about the plot.
I remember when they aired a remake on teletoon in 3D, that was pretty horrible.
