i was thinking that the scientist told Rick that Shane was immune, but if he died of other causes he would turn into a zombie. Sort of like other diseases where you can carry the disease - eventhough you are immune, you can still infect someone else.
Randall then turned into a zombie cause he had some of Shanes blood on him (eyes, wound, idk)

idk if this is to drag it too far...

The show is written differently than the comics. The reason the writers decided to change things in the show is that many people read the comics. So to keep things fresh for the both readers and non-readers, they change things in the show's plot.

yeah i thought there was some foreshadowing in this episode. having t-dog say "the governor called" and randall telling shane his group are all tough guys. and the part last week about what would happen to the women.

I think they'll just play it off as Rick still being in shock from having to kill his best friend and/or he didn't know it would happen so quickly.

What I want to know is how they missed that huge ass herd of zombies that was just chillin right there?

I read from some where that him and his son are going to make an appearance in the next season. Not sure the details, but I hope he joins the group.

lol alotta people watch dexter, next season comes this summer. i never new walking dead was ever gonna reach this type of popularity. i like zombie games/movies so i wanted to watch anyway.

yeah. was thinking about this too sad shane was my fav character too, least they could do is keep him a walker for a while and become a badass zombie LOL
