The subtitles are butchered in that video for the most part, here is what I made Bane's lines out to be:

at around 1:40 he says "well perhaps he's wondering why someone would shoot a man before throwing him out of a plane"

at around 1:50 he says "doesn't matter who we are, what matters is our plan"

at 1:58 he says "no one cared who I was until I put on the mask"

at 2:25 he says "Dr.Pavel refused our offer in favor of yours, we had to find out what he told you about us"

at 2:55 he says "crashing this plane...with no survivors"

at 4:35 it sounds like "no, they'd search for the box in the wreckage, brother"

at 5:00 he says "Calm down doctor, now is not the time for fear, that comes later"

i think the fact that he'll physically challenge batman is enough to differentiate him from heath ledger. it'll be apples and oranges.

I would be concerned if the story somehow included the joker but they had to use a different actor. I won't even compare Tom Hardy to Heath Ledger because the type of villain they have to play is completely different.
