ehhh just dont think loki as the main villain is cool at all. thor wasn't really my favorite film out of all of their movies so personally im not a fan. would have rather seen just a different avengers villain for their first movie

loki isn't the main villain. those flying robot things aren't really his. rumors are that he's kind of a puppet for the real villains, which will be the skrull from the comics. edit: i think thats a really brief shot of them at :30

the trailer looks sick. my only worry is that they'll do the same thing they did with most of their movies (thor, iron man 1, hulk, etc.) in that they put all the fucking action in the trailer. so far marvel has shown clips from every action scene in the trailer, including usually the dopest shot of the final fight which is lame as fuck. I'm just hoping there are still some surprises in it

idk this is joss whedon so the dialogue should be on point even if all the set pieces have been spoiled. i mean, look at the full inception trailer. that showed pretty much every action scene and it was still pretty much the most satisfying film of 2010. smh how is it 2012 already.

^ agreed. plus there's usually some unseen move in the action scenes that makes the ppl gasp (e.g. the dual laser thing in iron man 2).

im not sure if thats the skrulls tho. it looks more like those ice ppl in thor. i hope not tho.

I mean I hope that they saved enough, but like for Iron man 1 the trailer was literally the cliffnotes of the movie. and in iron man 2 they showed the big pay off shot (iron man and war machine back to back) in the trailer. Hopefully theres more than just the big city fight they show in the trailer, because as of right now you can kind of tell that each of them will have their own little scenes, then they'll all meet up in the city, the bad guys will invade and open the portal thing, iron man will fly up and destroy it

I also read in a youtube comment that not only can you see loki riding on one of those flying machines but that the one he's riding on is being piloted by the red skull which would be dope imo. I kind of had a feeling he would be back, since the way he "died" in captain america looked just like when thor teleports to different galaxies
