It's in development. The fact that John Cho is filming FlashForward, and Kal Penn quit House to work in the White House tells me that any further Harold & Kumar instalments are a little way off.

Definitely not next year. Maybe the year after.

judging from the trailer, they know it doesn't need 3d, so they're going to excessively use that shit for no other reason than they can. hopefully like how jackass used 3d. (which i think is one of the best ways to do it)
