Friend of mine went and saw it today. He's a not a horror fan at all and he said this movie was fucking creepy. Really want to see this shit.

Just got back from seeing it. Scary as shit, I must say. I like how it didn't use any of the gimmicky sound effects or music and it was just straight up. The documentary-style filming made it legit. Great movie.

Just got back from seeing it. Thought it was an excellent movie. Scary, but what ruined it was the random laughing at genuinely scary moments. And the random asshole, which occurs at every scary movie I go to, that thinks it's funny to make obnoxious sounds during the movie.

We get it buddy, you're an attention slut that deals with being scared by yelling random things and laughing intentionally.

UGH! Yeah we had some dudes in the theater like that. You know they're scared shitless but they just use those sounds to cover it up. Immature as hell.

that petition thing is wack. i mean they call it petition, but in reality its pure marketing. paramount hypes the shit out of the movie. they go to small college town and let them screen test it at first. then when the hype gets big, they let people "petition" it to their theater. paramount only had a minimal amount of money to market the movie. that why we didn't see any previews of the movie on theaters or what not.

sooner or later this movie will be release to multiple cineplex.

good movie. good marketing.

Pretty boring. There was like 2-3 good parts. The alternative ending was corny. There was one really powerful scene like maybe 20 minutes before the end that had me fucked up.

ima wait until its on the internet or dvd is out. that way i can watch it at 12AM by myself. hopefully i get scared.


I think you should watch it around 3AM by yourself because that is when "Deadzone" is and when most of the activity happens.

I movie wasnt as scary as i anticipated it to be but it does hit home if you were in your room alone and or someone and that shit were to happen.

So its only as scary as people make it to be is if you were to put yourself in the characters shoes.

This movie will not make you lose sleep. There is really only 1 moment in the movie that has you like what the fuck. I'm convinced that this is the part where they show the people in the theatre buggin in the trailer. Other than that one part shit was pretty tame.

Just caught it last night...definately the scariest movie I've seen in a long long time. Let's just say the last 30 min are suprised then sad. I got home turning on the lights, running up the stairs, and playing Halo till 3:30 while my girl was on the speakerphone cuz she couldnt sleep. I didn't sleep till 5AM and I had work. Call me a pussy, but this movie is creepy. Must watch IMO for people who want a good scare!
