I don't think there ever was a solid plot, but I agree with you, the first few seasons are a lot better :/

That show i really funny and is in the same league as friends

lmao... That's my main gripe with this show. It's well written, but it plays on mainstream ideals so heavily (i.e. soulmates). I also can't stand how they try to appeal to the hipster crowd with all that gay indie folk music they play.
