This movie in genius. It never felt like a movie and made it seem like Aliens inhabiting the world could be pretty logical. Best film I've seen in a long time.

i likem the way the film was trying to portray the ways in which Black people were treated during aparthied by using aliens. It was actually one of the best films ive seen in a long time. Thought provoking yet also very fun.

Perhaps the most innovating and "fresh" thing about this films is how it made a thing like alien invasion seem like something that can happen anytime. There were no mass murder invasion, enslaving of them human race, spaceships that just shot out into to the sky at like 0-10000000000 in a second; this movie really made alien encounter real. Great movie, most likely best of this year.

yeah just like that alien named Christoper promised he would after 3 years. The main character is probably full alien by then so would he like to back in human form?

Will there be mass invasion after what happened to aliens by humans?

just saw the movie, and i would say it is one of the top movies of 09.

But i didn't like the depiction of nigerians in the movie, it didnt make sense, thye didn't look nigerian or speak any of the 3 main dialects.

The final prawn shown at the end of the film was supposed to be him, or at least that's what I got from it.

it was him, you could tell by the bandage on his left arm, i think the sequel will be about the "prawn" that escape with return with more aliens to wage war on the humans and the main character would be the ambassador for the humans to the aliens.

Wickusssssss, such a fuckin good movie. Lets go Jackson, give us D-10. Christopher did say he'd be back in three years and that prawn was Wickus at the end of the film. And i have to give it up for Sharlto Copley, who did a damn fine job acting in his first feature film

Not really confirmed to be 3 years, but the director said he is def interested in doin a sequel and Christopher said he'd come back in 3 years, so it'd make sense if sequel came out in that time. It really isnt that long though. Usual sequels take about 2 years to make it from production to theaters. Dark Knight took 3 years too, look how successful that turned out to be.
