I think HBO is playing on the vampire popularity thats goin on right now. Idt this show will make it to a 3rd season and if so then props to them. I
m just not into the whole vampire thing. No beef.

I am in love with this show. It's been my favorite since it debuted.

I might start reading the books, but I've heard they're a lot different from the show, as in they are a lot more feminine.

This is the best series on HBO right now IMO. I have a feeling Godfree is gonna sacrifice himself to save everyone from that suicide bomber or the bomb is gonna be a dud.

Great show, the creator is really good. His other series 6 Ft Under was great too. He also had a hand in American Beauty, and when I saw that movie in the theater years ago, it blew my mind.

That finale was insane. SO MUCH HAPPENED. I almost wish I'd waited til the season premiere to watch that.

On a negative note though, they really need to do something about the timeline. Season 2 happened in about 2 weeks, which is like Lost on meth.

Yeah the first half was great, the last 1/2 hour dragged to me. At the very end there, you know they want you to think the obvious, but I'm pretty sure it's something much more sinister. And deadass, I never thought Anna Paquin was appealing at all, but I dunno, she grew on me. She looking proper naked too.

It must've been awkward to act out that proposal scene, seeing as they're together in real life. He asked her WAY TOO SOON.

And yeah, I forgot to mention, Sam killing Maryann could only have been more epic if he had torn her head off.

Tara is fucking annoying with her love for Eggs. I kept waiting for Sam's parents to be werewolves, because of that one time in season 1 where he protests a bit too much when asked if he's "like a werewolf".

i liked the dialogue like always and i tought almost all the ideas were great but there just wasnt enough space for all that happened in an 1 hour episode. some parts suggested lazy writing and rushing, like jason and andy getting turned in 0.1 sec after all the epic building up.

only a very decent final to something that couldve been major IMO.
