also the gunpla community is over saturated with the RG aile strike so no point of me doing a W.I.P. with that aswell

just completed the head unit, the build didnt take long, it was just the paint and detailing and dry brushing that took the longest to do. still have to do a bit of detailing

i actually spraypaint with krylon paint while the parts are still on the runner, then flat topcoat. some actually get just topcoat, like the geara zulu and strike noir. id like to try airbrushing though
I'm really confused why you do it on the runners...that ruins all of the prep for making it look like not shit, no offense, but my process is that they need to be sanded, glued, seem lines need to go, and then priming painting, gloss coat, panel lines/decals, and the final top coat. Airbrushes are way nicer than rattle cans that's for sure.
