YOO, who here has bought one of those Gundam model kits? Maan, those are so stressful to make, but once it's complete, you feel so accomplished.

I got into them back in 99-2000 I did a few but not too serious. I did alot of the smaller scale ones but one thing I regret is not buying the detail markers. Yea you do feel accomplished but when you go online and actually see a fully done up perfect grade gundam done it makes you want to go and buy one.

Heres a pic of my old ones just sitting in their boxes. I always wanted to get a display case for them but I got out of it.


On a lighter note a friend of mine and I were talking about putting together a perfect grade kit not too long ago. I'd like to see how good I can do on it. Probably get something from the newer GUNDAM 00 series. Which I recommend you watch pretty good series.

thats been sanded, cemented/glued, sanded again, airbrushed, painted, decaled. probably even modded some parts.

and there isnt any perfect grade from the 00 series yet.

and the professionals barely use markers. they liquid lined them. they took paint, mixed in a shit load of thinner and dripped it on the lines let it spread down the line and wiped the excess of the sides.

i prefer the clean look, no paint, no mods, just clean work with decals.

A lot of those Gundams I have never heard of...odd. And please, tell me, what was the average price for each of those models, and were 2 cawp?

Yea I had big thing with gundams and model kits in general I have more I have in storage but those are the ones I have sitting in my closet for now. But yea theres nothing like taking the time to build one and in the end to see your work done.

Built all the ones from the Gundam Wing/Endless Waltz series in 1/144 scale.

I'm gonna cop the perfect grade Wing Zero Custom and 1/100 Scale Heavy Arms custom in a couple days.

My uncle bought me MG Wing Zero from Endless Waltz master grade and that shit is fire.

When I got this weird baby gundam I was so excited becuase I've been saving up for weeks until I actually bought it and opened it up and you needed to paint it, and I was like sad.

But before a had a Death Scythe Hell about 7'' or something.
