I say maybe you can find something close to it if you look up something like microsoft fonts.

You may have to buy a license for something custom like that. The free ones are too plain...

I highly doubt it's a font, probably influenced from some handwriting. Might try some chisel tip markers and start experimenting, see what you come up with.

Just hand draw what you want, take a pic, throw it in Adobe Illustrator, trace the bitmap, then clean it up. You'll get it crisp as F, and you can retrace with the PenTool =P
